Jayesh Chaudhary

Co-founder

Jayesh Chaudhary has been involved in product development and international business since 1992. Jayesh has co-founded and managed several companies and business units in the Phyto-pharmaceuticals and Contract Research space. Trained in Pharmacy and Microbial Engineering from University of Minnesota, he was responsible for the Biocatalyst and Natural Products technical support and national sales at Boehringer Mannheim India at the beginning of his career.

Latha Chaudhary

Co-founder

Latha Chaudhary has brought extensive Pharma expertise to the realm of Product and Business Development. Leading teams to meet organizational goals, Latha has a proven track record of building profitable businesses in Nutraceuticals, Phytochemicals and Organic Agriculture Inputs. Before founding the group companies, Latha has R&D experience in one of India’s leading drug companies and a Masters in Pharmacy from one of the top Pharmacy Schools in India - the University Dept of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

Dr. Arun Nanivadekar

Medical Director - Advisory team

Dr. Arun Nanivadekar served for several years as Medical Director with Pfizer & Wyeth and as member of several Ethics Committees and editorial boards such as the British Medical Journal, Journal of Association of Physicians of India, and Indian Journal of Pharmacology. Dr. Nanivadekar has overseen a large number of Pharma and natural product clinical trials. Currently, he is actively involved in policy-making and regulations for Clinical Research and New Drug Approvals for India. Dr. Nanivadekar’s mission of simplifying drug development drives the mission of the Company to develop safer and effective healthcare solutions at low cost. His innovative research strategies and tools have contributed immensely in converting the corporate goals to realities. Dr. Nanivadekar has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Indian Society of Clinical Research in 2008 for his contributions to the field of clinical research.

Dr. C.I. Jolly

Research Advisor

Dr. Chungath Jolly is an industry veteran serving the healthcare industry through a wide range of accomplishments. With more than 36 years of teaching experience in a pharmacy institute of Mumbai, he has also served as a guiding force to more than 5 universities and 50 students in research and doctorate over his career span. He has over 150 National & International published papers, 2 patent achievements to his credit and is a member of various professional entities such as American Society of Pharmacognosy, Ex. Central Council Member of Indian Pharmaceutical Association among a few others.

He is presently connected with esteemed organizations as a Honorary Professor of Phytochemistry - Amala Cancer Research Centre, Thrissur; a Director of PSIR Research - INGA LABS, Mumbai ; a Technical Advisor – Charak Pharma Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai; Research Advisor - Vedic Sciences (EXOTIC NATURALS)Mumbai; & Scientific Adviser- Kerala Ayurveda Ltd.

He has also been associated with Journals & Publications as- Editorial Board, Indian Herbal Pharmacopoeia; Referee for IJPS, AOAC, Indian Journal of Experimental Biology & Advisory Board member for Indian Drugs, International Journal of Pharmaceutical Excipients.

Dr. Jolly is a PhD and M.Sc. in Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry by qualification and has won awards for ‘Best Teacher Award by Lions Club in 1980; Best Research Paper Award IPC in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 & 1999; Best Research Paper Award during Satellite Conference in 2000 & Best Research Paper Award IDMA in 2000.
