In 2019, ENovate partnered with OmniActive Health Technologies, granting them exclusive U.S. licensing rights for enXtra, our innovative mental energy ingredient. This agreement was extended globally in 2021. Today, enXtra is sold through premium brands worldwide.
The strength and success of our initial partnership led to OmniActive acquiring ENovate in October 2024.
